The collection is arranged into two series: Manuscript Material and Audio/Visual Material. Within each series, items are arranged
alphabetically. With the exception of the microfilm reel, all special format materials--film
reels, videocassetttes, and audio cassettes and reels--are included in the same numbered
sequence.
