members of the public in accordance with state law.

John Alley and Helen Best donated the collection to the Archives in June 1999 (accession
1999-002). Mike Best donated a second accession on November 9, 1999 (accession 1999-036).
Mary Best donated some additional materials in November 2004 (2004-035).
Stephanie Williams processed the collection at the Archives from July 1999 to January
2000. Mary Huelsbeck processed the second accession in March through April 2001. Christel
Maass added materials from accession 2004-035 to box 12 of the collection in July
2012.
