On June 15, 2013, electronic files from CDs 49, 51, and 52 were migrated onto network
storage as disk image files [.iso]. Researchers must still use the original CD access
copies.
In August 2015, Ashlie Biddle and Phyllis Reske updated the finding aid to reflect the
incorporation of Accession 2014-05 into the collection.
On October 20, 2015, electronic files from CDs (some of which had been in box 741) were
migrated onto the Archives' hard drive. These files will be used as alternative access
points.
George Blood L.P digitized the oral history audio cassette recordings in February 2016.
Audio preservation master files were created as 96 kHz/24-bit resolution 2 channel
broadcast .wav files. Audio access copies were created as 44 kHz/192 kbps bit rate 2
channel .mp3 files.

Lauran Slagle minimally processed accession 2021-030 in June, 2022.
Lauran Slagle minimally processed accession 2021-041 in July, 2022.
Shiraz Bhathena processed accession 2022-037 in July, 2023.
Lauran Slagle integrated accessions 2011-011, 2013-038, 2015-035, 2016-040, 2021-030 and
2021-041 into main collection in November, 2023.
