Included are records on domestic violence presentations and a Violence Against Women Act training seminar that Dawson conducted; records on a Regulation and Licensing Re-engineering Committee that Dawson served on, which proposed alternatives to traditional regulation and licensing practices; and records on the Adult Protective Services (APS) Modernization Project that Dawson co-chaired, which sought to overhaul the Adult Protective Services program. Records include meeting and conference materials, reports, project plans, research materials, and correspondence.
