There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

The records are publicly available in accordance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Section 113(K)(1).

Use Restrictions

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

The 440th Airlift Wing's Public Affairs Office placed the collection on permanent deposit at the UWM Libraries in compliance with the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act, Section 113(K)(1) in February 1997. Additional materials were donated in March 2005 (accession 2004-050), May 2005 (accession 2004-063), and August 2006 (accession 2006-010).

Processing Information

Mark Vargas processed the collection at the Archives in April 1997. Christel Maass updated the finding aid to include information about accessions 2004-050, 2004-063, and 2006-010 in July 2013.
