Anketell, Delafield, and her attorney Robert R. Freeman, 1907, regarding attempts to recover the property deeded by the church to Sidney T. Smythe in 1886 and by him to St. John's Military Academy; and miscellaneous letters, a plat, and other fragments concerning the controversy on the ownership of the church property.
