Scope and Content Note: Additions, 1872-1924, including diaries concerning European travels kept by Olin in 1898, 1905, and 1916; his last will and a household inventory; a memorial to Olin presented to the Dane County Bar Association; letters to and from Helen Remington Olin (his wife) and her sister, Harriet Remington Laird; the constitution and by-laws of a childhood entertainment company (The We, Us and Co.) formed by Harriet, Tom, and Arthur Remington (Baraboo, Wisconsin, 1879); a book of transcribed letters written to Helen R. Olin by her family in Baraboo while she was a student at the University of Wisconsin, 1872-1876; and clippings. Photographs include portraits of family members, images from vacations and outings, and views of the family house, circa 1885-1920.
