De Antonio interview with lawyer Marshall Perlin: audio recording, undated : Marshall Perlin was the lawyer for the plaintiffs in the lawsuit A.F.S.C. et al. vs. William Webster et al. This case involved the destruction of FBI case files, and the attempt by a group of organizations and individuals to have the destruction halted. De Antonio was one of the plaintiffs. The suit resulted in a massive project, conducted by the FBI and the National Archives and Records Service, to selectively retain the massive files of the FBI. This tape complements material in Box 52, Folder 1.

Sister Ann Montgomery was one of the defendants in the Plowshares Eight case, and she appeared in the film In the King of Prussia. In the interview she gives a first-person account of the action taken by the Eight at the General Electric plant. She also discusses her life and the process by which she became involved in the anti-nuclear protest. The telephone conversation with Daniel Berrigan, also a defendant in the Plowshares Eight trial, involves problems in making the film In the King of Prussia.
