This collection consists of records from the Department of Architecture, mostly
dating from the 1990s and early 2000s. Included are program reviews, accreditation
reports, self-study reports, and syllabi for undergraduate and graduate architecture
courses. Also included are some subject files for department events, most notably
their annual Thesis Day, which showcases MA and PhD theses.
Materials of note in the collection include accreditation reports from the National
Architectural Accreditating Board which demonstrate the progress that the department
has made in architectural education. The successful accreditation reports are a
symbol of the department's prowess in teaching and research.
The syllabi files consist of courses from both the undergraduate and graduate
programs in architecture, mostly dating from 2004.
