The majority of the collection consists of records from Stanley Battle's term as Assistant
Chancellor and then Vice Chancellor of Student and Multicultural Affairs, and largely
document departments and programs within the division. The collection includes materials
pertaining to the athletic program, the Klotsche Center, the Norris Health Center, the
Career Development Center, student recruitment and enrollment, and Pre-College and Upward
Bound programs. The collection also contains materials documenting the development of a new
UWM Panther logo, and materials pertaining to UWM's Neighborhood Working Group. Also
included are files documenting Battle's involvement in various diversity initiatives.
