There are no access restrictions on all other materials, and the collection is open to
all members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
Four boxes of records were transferred by the Graduate School in 1997 (accession
1997-053). Gayle Nimmerguth transferred an additional accession (2003-007) in July
2003.
Jeremy Brett processed accession 2003-007 according to minimal standards in April 2007.
Jenny Juno processed accession 1997-053 in January 2008 (Brad Houston supervised). Charles
Welborn processed additional material in August 2012. Christel Maass added previously
cataloged Gifts, Grants, and Contracts Accepted by the Board of Regents to the collection
in February 2017.
