The collection contains records from the Division of Student Academic Development including
planning documents, strategic and recruitment plans, budget plans, five-year reviews,
advisory board meeting minutes and agendas, and transcripts of speeches given by Gary L.
Williams, assistant vice chancellor. In addition, the collection includes an Upward Bound
grant proposal, proposals and budget plans for the Pre-College Center, records and
correspondence pertaining to the development of the Milwaukee Commitment, and meeting
minutes and agendas for the Multicultural Affairs Administrative Committee.
