The collection is primarily composed of various reports, publications, and other
documents relating to various Milwaukee Parks functions. Some years of the annual
reports are missing. Also included are various documents on the consolidation of the
parks between the City and the County, including recommendations by C.B. Whitnall
and a description of parks after the consolidation took place.
