Access Restrictions

For items that have preservation and access copies, the preservation copies are restricted. Patrons must use the access copies.

There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

Fred Sperry in Enrollment Services transferred the collection to the Archives in September 1995.

Processing Information

Christel Maass processed the collection at the Archives in November 1997. Jessica Sawinski processed additional material in December 2006. Brad Houston added electronic schedules of classes to the collection in May 2013 and December 2016. Christel Maass added a few additional items to the collection in November 2017. Shiraz Bhathena integrated reading room materials, namely bulletins, schedules, timetables, directories, fact books, and enrollment reports, as well as some electronic records harvested from the Wayback Machine in November 2023.
