There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
This collection appears to have been compiled by Archives staff members prior to 1989.
Annual reports for 1991 and 1992 were received from the UWM Libraries' Office of the
Director in August 2008.
Christel Maass processed the collection at the Archives in May 1997. Some additional
materials were added to the collection in September 1997, and again in February 2007. Lucy
Waldrop added the 1991 and 1992 annual reports to the collection in September 2008.
Charles Welborn processed additional material in July 2012. Brad Houston processed some
additional material in November 2012. Christel Maass added a few items, and removed a few
duplicates, in August 2017.
