Arrangement of the Materials

The collection is arranged into the following series:

1. Proceedings, 1854-1911
2. General Files, 1861-1986
3. Photographs, 1977-2003

The Proceedings are arranged chronologically. The General Files are arranged alphabetically. The Photographs are arranged numerically by assignment number within each box, when possible. See associated spreadsheet for more details, including specific dates, file numbers, and assignment numbers.
