This collection includes a number of different documents, primarily meeting minutes,
created and used by the Central Electronic Data Services. CEDS board meeting minutes
from 1966 to 1987 make up the majority of the contents, and supplemental documents
such as agendas, schedules, and progress reports are included as well. Meeting
minutes from several subcommittees, such as Word Processing can also be found in the
collection. CEDS correspondence from 1980 through 1984 is also included, and largely
involves board meetings contents and scheduling. The primary secretaries that kept
board meeting minutes were Frank Bayer and William Friar.
