Scope and Content Note: Years ago, Wallig was young man of the older group which included such individuals as Newton and Olkives. Paul Whiteside now the old man of the younger group. Many of Wallig's union brothers dead or living elsewhere, while Whiteside remains in a position to have close contact with labor movement.
