There are some access restrictions on the materials, the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law. There are restrictions to box two of
Accession 2021-003.

privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
An unknown individual transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989. Gwynne
Kennedy donated Accession 2021-003 in 2021.
