The majority of the collection is comprised of meeting minutes and program reviews. The
faculty meeting minutes focus mostly on budget and curriculum issues. Materials documenting
the development of the master's program in speech pathology and audiology are also found
within the collection. The collection contains some materials documenting the Hearing
Evaluation Center, which operated as part of the Dept. of Speech; the development of the
Speech Communication Center; and the university theatre program.
The material added in 2016 includes a number of statistical reports taken from the
department and its students. Other items of interest include additional faculty meeting
minutes, graduate and undergraduate program reviews, departmental newsletters, and course
syllabi.
