The Dept. of Health Sciences records consist mainly of executive committee and faculty
meeting minutes, course syllabi, budgets, planning documents, correspondence, proposals for
the program, self evaluation and study reports, and accreditation materials documenting the
development of a bachelor of science degree in allied health from 1973 to 1997. The Dept. of
Health Sciences records also document, from 1974 to 2003, the Medical Record Administration
program (1974-1987) and the Health Information Administration program (1984-2003) through
self evaluation and study reports, course syllabi, accreditation materials, faculty meeting
minutes, budgets, clinical practice sites, correspondence, publications, and other program
related material.
