Scope and Content Note: Records, 1995-1998, of job training and master services plans (MSPs) for Wisconsin counties and their respective private industry councils. Most job training plans consist of the following: requested revisions, grant overview and check list, public hearing session notes, meeting minutes, affidavits for publication, reviews and comments, paid public notices, and an annual report. There is also a folder of department correspondence with a records disposition authorization (RDA) contained within this collection. The plans and reports are arranged numerically by the MSP plan number the department assigned to each region. The content list contains the region of the state that each plan covers.
