Scope and Content Note: Raw original data in the form of anonymous questionnaires, that were collected as part of an adoption study in the fall of 1978. Records don't include any identifying information. They cover biographical information about children currently in adoption or foster homes, information about their past care in the system, and information about their plans for the future, in addition to some general biographical information, specifically education, of the case workers for each questionnaire. Records are organized numerically by “Agency Code” number, and within agency, by data form number.
