When the divisions merged in 2004 Stevens became administrator of the new Division of Historic Preservation-Public History, and files from Stevens' role in this division are also included here (these files are interfiled with files from the old divisions). Included are divisional reports, inter-office correspondence, files on administrative issues, and records on the Association for Documentary Editing, Institute for the Editing of Historical Documents, Wisconsin Historical Society Press, Society membership, strategic planning, the Society's partnership with Wisconsin Public Television, and other activities in which Stevens was involved.
