The records contain excellent records on internal administration of the commission and relations with Wisconsin insurance companies, professional associations such as the National Association of Insurance Commissioners, and other state agencies. Highlights include the Local Government Property Insurance Fund and the Patients Compensation Fund, and other insurance programs over which the commission had oversight responsibility.
