Access Restrictions

The executive committee minutes and other meeting materials are restricted under UWM Personnel File Policy S-42. Access is regulated by Section III. A.2 and III. A.3.

There are no access restrictions on the remaining materials, and the collection is open to all members of the public in accordance with state law.

Use Restrictions

The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel, privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin Statutes 19.21-19.39).

Acquisition Information

An unknown individual transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989.

Processing Information

Bill Jackson processed the collection at the Archives in August 1994. Karen Bjork added the educational series in bookbinding to the collection in January 2004. The children's music book, Come and Sing, was transferred to the Curriculum Library.

In 2013, Brad Houston revised the box numbering to correct a labeling error. Art Students' League artwork was moved to Box 6.

Shiraz integrated the digital files into the collection in April 2020.
