Scope and Content Note: Highway project files, 1990-1994, consisting of correspondence, prepared testimony, photographs, and maps presented at commission hearings around the state in 1992 and minutes of commission meetings, 1990, 1992, 1994. Projects for U.S. Highway 12 and U.S. Highway 151 are most extensively documented. Scant material prepared by the department about the projects is included.
