There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
An unknown individual transferred the collection to the Archives prior to 1989.
Julee Bokelman began processing the collection at the Archives in August 1994. Julie
Thomas finished processing the collection in October 1994. Jeremy Brett added a few files
in January 2007. Matt Eiden (supervised by Christel Maass) added some materials received
with an accession (2006-028) from the UW System Institute on Race and Ethnicity to the
collection in April 2011.
