Scope and Content Note: Records, 1999-2002, related to three programs run by the Division of Health Care Financing. There are monthly reports of the HMO Enrollment Specialist Program which was the main point of contact for clients enrolling in Medicaid or BadgerCare HMO. Also included are final reports of the Special Care imitative, a three year research and demonstration program of the coordinated medical and social services for SSI-disabled Medicaid recipients in Milwaukee County, the goal of the program was to improve the quality of care available and to reduce the cost of providing care. Records of Children Come First relate to rate setting for mental health services.
