Scope and Content Note: Various cases, 1976-1991, involving the Department of Public Instruction. There are two employment related cases: Bufkin v. Milwaukee Public Schools and Carlson v. Holmen School District (ERD Case 8802272). Two cases relate to Milwaukee School Choice: Two school choice cases: Chaney v. Grover (90-1200-OA), David v. Grover (90-CV-2576 and 90-1807. There is also a migrant education complaint, and a case (Rattan v. Board of Regents) related to in-state tuition.
