Department of Employment Relations, concerning the alleged discrimination against the complainant for taking time off for the birth of a child, and the alleged improper handling of the complainant's layoff; Ochrymowycz v. University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (UWEC), concerning alleged retaliatory actions taken against a laboratory manager at UWEC's University Chemical Stockroom; and Balele v. Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection, concerning alleged racial discrimination with respect to failure to interview or hire for a career executive position.
