Arrangement of the Materials

The collection is arranged into the following series:

1. Correspondence, 1897-1980
2. Subject Files, 1887-1974

Series 1 is arranged alphabetically. In Series 2, the files are arranged in numerical order as used by the City Attorney’s Office. Not all the files were transferred so there are gaps in this numerical order.
