Included is Divisional correspondence with county agencies regarding services provided by the division. Also included are Divisional subject files, which consist of correspondence, reports, and meeting materials. Of note are special files related to juvenile services and regional office files related to direct services at the community level. In addition, this accession contains subject files and indexed files of the Bureau of Program Planning and Development (PP&D). The PP&D subject files cover various subjects on social services, and the indexed files primarily relate to services for the aging.
