The inmates' accounts ledger and its index (Volume 10 and 11) are confidential per section 51.30, Wis. Stats. Researchers wishing to use these confidential materials should consult the archives reference staff if the records are more than 75 years old, or the Department of Health and Social Services if less than 75 years old.
