Incomplete records, mainly 1948-1961, of the office responsible for creating advertising and publicity for the Wisconsin State Fair and for the 1948 Wisconsin Centennial Exposition. Included are correspondence, minutes, publicity schedules, attendance records, and media consultant and financial reports relating to the creation of publicity. Also included are some products of that activity including advertising copy, press releases, public service announcements, newspaper clippings (available only on microfilm), brochures, and photographs of events, exhibits, and Alice in Dairyland. Printed programs and other publications are available in the Historical Society library. English
