[Sponsor.] Produced and directed by Robert Disraeli. Dramatization of the benefits of fair hiring practices. Through the friendship of their sons, a white machinist meets another machinist, unemployed because he is black. Realizing the unfairness of discrimination, the white man imagines himself black and the difficulties he would face. He helps the black machinist to get a job in his plant, hiring practices open up, and the entire community benefits.
