Scope and Content Note: Records of two cases brought before the Medical Examining Board which were closed in 2000 and 2002 respectively. Case 99 MED 230 concerns Dr. Ronald Strebel and allegations that he overused the drug Pitocin and the practice of vacuum extraction during labor and delivery. Case 00 MED 148 concerns Dr. Miles Jones and the distribution of prescription drugs including Viagra and Propecia over the internet.
