There are no access restrictions on the materials, and the collection is open to all
members of the public in accordance with state law.
The blueprints may be photocopied with the assistance of the Archives' staff, and they
may also be traced.
The researcher assumes full responsibility for conforming with the laws of libel,
privacy, and copyright which may be involved in the use of this collection (Wisconsin
Statutes 19.21-19.39).
The blueprints were transferred to the Archives by numerous administrators prior to 1989.
Stephanie Ghojallu donated some Klotsche blueprints to the Archives in June 2017
(accession 2016-045).
Sandy Bartell processed the collection at the Archives in September-December 1993. Ashlie
Biddle (supervised by Christel Maass) added a few blueprints (accession 2016-045) to roll
70 in May 2017.
In 2005, drawings related to structural, heating and ventilation, plumbing and electrical
were removed from the collection and returned to the UWM Physical Plant Services.
