The minutes of all three boards are present in original paper form. In addition, the Department of Public Welfare microfilmed a portion of these records. The index in Volume 5 to 1897-1904 September minutes is on the microfilm as are the minutes of the Mental Hygiene Board and the minutes of the Board of Control from 1912 to 1917 and 1923 to 1939. In the contents list below, the microfilm is listed separately after the volumes.
