Scope and Content Note: Questionnaires sent to the schools of Kenosha, Ozaukee, Milwaukee, and Racine counties, asking for information about the ethnic background of school pupils. The completed forms contain the pupils' names, the names and birthplaces of their parents, grandparents and great grandparents. There are also summary sheets for Kenosha and Racine Counties, and a rough draft of an analysis of the results.
