Files for 1955-1982 by year and thereunder by bill number and by subject headings. Generally the subject headings have been applied by the Secretary of State's office; where they were absent, the Archives has supplied them. In some cases very small subject categories have been combined. Frequently there are subject categories for organization names. Files for 1983-1984 are arranged by year and thereunder alphabetically by keyword in organization names.
