Records of a fruit growing business which produced apples, cherries, grapes, and plums and was for many years owned and operated by members of the Schubert family of Madison, Wisconsin. Included is a minute book containing the company by-laws and minutes of stockholders' and directors' meetings, from the company's organization on May 21, 1912 until its dissolution on July 30, 1964. The articles of dissolution are also present. A stock certificate book lists the names of company stockholders from 1912 to 1960.
