One of the fifteen record books in this collection contains the constitution and by-laws for the national Aerie and subordinate Aerie, giving the administrative hierarchy, functions, and objectives of the F.O.E. The volumes are financial and business records. Also included are three letters, 1909-1910, from members; nine letters, 1923-1924, of John Berger, secretary, concerning meetings and finances; and Official Circular No. 138, August 25, 1923.
