Scope and Content Note: Additions including a tape-recorded interview by daughter Alice Hoffman (transcription in processed papers), a recording of Cruikshank's memorial service, and numerous photographs including formal and informal portraits, Cruikshank with professional associates including Lyndon B. Johnson and Jimmy Carter, and with family groups, and some examples of his own photography. Although unidentified, some photographs appear to date from his work with the Farm Security Administration.
