They document the activities of the organization, but do little to illuminate the decisions and policies formulated by staff members. Nor is much information present regarding coalition members and groups. For example, the conflict and final split between NSCAR and YWLL is poorly documented. Material on NSCAR activities includes correspondence relating to each meeting or march planned by NSCAR or other groups, fliers, lists of endorsers, newsclippings, and other documents. Chapter records are primarily fliers and other printed material.
