Files include information on the renovation of the State Capitol building, the legal definition of death, fireworks restrictions, and the Clean Air Act. Also included are correspondence files between Senator Risser and other state legislators and constituents. Press and campaign materials and speeches are interspersed throughout the legislative files. The additions are divided into three series: STATE BUILDING COMMISSION FILES, LEGISLATIVE FILES AND CORRESPONDENCE.
