The Friendship Program of Christ Church was a community-based organization. Its mission was to provide education in English language and American life skills to the Hmong and other minorities of all ages in the La Crosse area. The program is now defunct, but operated from June 1988 to June 1998, teaching English language proficiency. It held classes in Christ Episcopal Church.
