Biography/History: The Finance and Development Office (also known as Fundraising Department; Business Office) was responsible for fundraising and acquiring grant funding for FPA projects and publications. It was headed by Richard Rowson, circa 1961 (who earlier served as Executive Assistant to the President) and later by Don Dennis, Business Manager and Assistant Treasurer (and Director of Personnel), late 1960s to circa 1976.
