Four folders in Part 1 may be used only with explicit written permission of the director of United Community Services. These folders are: Central Agency for the Chronologically Ill, 1951 Study (2 folders in Box 9); Central Agency for the Chronically Ill, Evaluation Committee (in Box 9); and Mental Health, re: Affiliation of State and Local Agencies (in Box 22).
