Scope and Content Note

Included are summaries of projects submitted for awards, the firm’s self-marketing files, newsletters (both for clients and in-house), summary proposals to clients, account files consisting of the products produced for clients, correspondence, slides, videotapes, tape recordings, and speeches made by company personnel. The Award Entry Books consist of submissions of the firm's major advertising programs for industry awards. Client presentations are promotional materials prepared as a way of attracting new clients. The client programs are the annual summary of what the firm proposed to do for each client, while client products represent actual PR materials produced by the firm.
